Utah teachers and principals, along with their broader communities, may seek Grants for Educational Excellence to help them pursue classroom innovation.
The Utah Public Education Foundation will provide grants of $400-$500 for individuals or $1,500-$2,500 for teams consisting of any combination of teachers, principals, school staff, community or business members, students, parents and university/college faculty. The foundation is encouraging teamwork that extends beyond the regular school employees.Projects must be carried out within a year of the grant award date. A grant review panel will review applications and recommend projects for funding.

Applicants will be notified of their application's status by March 18.
