Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great--grandfather, Roger Williams `Buzz' Bargar, 69, has gone home. He passed away at his home Thursday, December 20, 1990.
He was born April 15, 1921 in Billings, Montana, son of Howard Stewart and Blanch Louise Burdette Bargar. He married Maxine Gay Schultz September 2, 1939 in Casper, Wyoming. He had worked as a delivery man and dispatcher for Continental Oil Company. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the U.S. Army in the Asiatic Pacific Theatre.He was an avid outdoorsman. he loved hunting, fishing and camping. He spent many memorable hours with his family doing these things.
He put his family first and will live in our hearts until we see him again.
Survived by his wife, Kaysville; four sons and two daughters, Carl A. and Pamela Bargar; John R. and Eileen Bargar, all Farmington; Robert W. and Frances Bargar, Kaysville; H. Flint and Pamela Bargar, Clearfield; Betty Lou and Jerry D. Jessop; Gay and Don Carter, all of Kaysville; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Also surviving are one half sister, Wyoming Baldwin, Kaysville; and one nephew.
Services will be held Saturday, at 11 a.m., in the Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main Street, where friends may call on Saturday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
