Elden Jay Miller, 85, died December 20, 1990 in American Fork, Utah.
Born November 22, 1905 in American Fork to John F. and Caroline Schow Miller. He married Selma Seastrand June 14, 1938 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Life resident of American Fork. Served as Sunday School Superintendent, High Priests Group Leader, and Old Folks Committee. Member, Utah Poultry Assn. He loved baseball, basketball and softball. He loved working in his prize winning gardens.Survived by his wife of American Fork, four daughters: Mrs. Var (Jacketta) Clark, Lehi; Mrs. John E. (Ann) Miller, Orem; Mrs. Richard (Dr. Nancy) Moore, Park City; Rosemary Miller, West Valley City; eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren. Two sisters, Lillie M. Walker and Idona May, both of American Fork. Preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters, and a granddaughter.
Funeral Services will be Monday, 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork 8th Ward, 310 North 100 East. Friends may call at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, Sunday 5 to 7 p.m. and Monday at the Church from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Burialin the American Fork Cemetery.
