Several people attending a concert in Boston by Linda Ronstadt walked out demanding refunds because she sang only in Spanish and ignored cries from the audience to sing in English.

The singer is on tour promoting her latest album that features Mexican folk songs. Advertisements for the two-hour concert at Great Woods in Mansfield Friday night promoted the concert as "Linda Ronstadt: Canciones de Mi Padre" or "Songs of My Father."

"What amazed us was that we weren't informed at all that the whole show was going to be in Spanish," said Cheryl Manson of nearby Danvers. She said she got a refund for her $50 seat.
