Two white supremacist "skinheads" who shot a black man at random and then laughed as he lay dying have been sentenced to life in prison.

Matthew Faessel, 19, and Michael Stringer, 18, convicted of first-degree murder last October, were sentenced Thursday in the Dec. 10, 1988, slaying of Tony Montgomery.They received life terms for killing Montgomery and 18 years for conspiracy to commit murder and shooting into an occupied building.
