The 18th annual National Beef Cook-off will be held in Colorado Springs Sept. 22-24, 1991. More than 60 contestants will compete for prizes, including $35,000 in cash, kitchen remodeling and appliances. Prizes are awarded in indoor, microwave and outdoor barbecue categories as well as three additional $1,000 awards for the best low calorie, most convenient and best chuck entries.
The cook-off is open to amateur chefs age 18 or older. Entry deadline is March 1, 1991.
