Bonneville Pacific Corp., 257 E. 200 South, an independent power producer, lost $25.8 million or $1.94 per share on revenue of $32.4 million in the quarter ending Oct. 30, compared to a loss of $641,000 or five cents per share in the corresponding quarter a year ago.

Robert L. Wood, chairman of the board, said total revenue in the first 10 months of the year totaled $61.3 million that resulted in a $26.9 million loss or $2.06 per share.The said the second quarter loss was expected and reflects the previously announced write-off of about $13.2 million on project development costs and the recording of reserves for the estimated decline in value of its Kyocera electric generating facility and its food processing plant in California totaling $6.5 million.
