Auditions for the Heritage Community Theatre's production of Ira Levin's "Critic's Choice," will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 18, and Wednesday, Dec. 19, at 8 p.m. at the theater, 2505 S. Highway 89.

All roles are open, according to director Gena K. Lott. Two men, five women and one young boy are needed for the comedy about a New York theater critic suddenly compromised by having to review his wife-turned-playwright's first show. Should he write about how "wonderful" the play is - or tell the truth?

Auditioners will be asked to do cold readings from the script and perform impromptu situations. Prepared material is not required, but may be seen.

"Critic's Choice" will run on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, March 1-23.
