Elva Matilda Hansen Judd, age 88, died December 10, 1990 at her daughters home in Flagstaff, Arizona.
She was born May 4, 1902 in Richfield, Utah; to David Hansen and Josephine Elizabeth Westman. She worked for the Primary General Offices in Salt Lake City. Her talents and interests includes cooking, sewing, quilting, reading and especially music. She gave countless hours of community and church service as a pianist and organists. She married G. Elmer Judd in the Manti LDS Temple, June 18, 1931.Survivors include three children; Harl E. Judd, Cedar City; Mrs. Ken (Shirlyn) Frost, Flagstaff, Arizona; Thayne H. Judd, Colorado Springs, Colorado; three brothers and one sister, Q. "David" Hansen and Donald E. Hansen, both of Salt Lake City; Allen Hansen, Richfield; Merlyne Maxwell, Moab; 16 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 15th, at 1 p.m. in the Kanab Utah Stake Center. Friends may call Friday 7-8 p.m. at Mosdell Mortuary and Saturday from 11:30-12:45 p.m. at the stake center. Burial, Kanab City Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Lizzie Hansen Scholarship Fund at Southern Utah State College in Cedar City, Utah.
