Noel Fred Rosse', 80, died December 11, 1990 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He was born February 20, 1910, in Draper, Utah to Frederick and Alice L. Aylett Rosse'. Married Christine Kessner in Salt Lake City, Utah, March 20, 1926. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.He was an active member of the LDS Church, holding a number of church positions, including two stake missions in California, and serving as a guide on Temple Square. At the time of his passing he was a member of the High Priest Group in the Midvale East 3rd Ward. He retired as chief electrician for the Utah State Department of Highways.

Survived by: wife, Christine; daughter, Barbara L. Phelps; son, Richard Noel Rosse'; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Isabel Rosse', Gladys Allen, and Ellen Miller, all of Orange, Calif.; several nieces and one nephew, also living in California. Preceded in death by sisters, Mary Rosse' and Ardis Baty.

Funeral services Saturday, December 15, 11 a.m., in the Midvale East 3rd Ward Chapel, 87 East 7100 South. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State, Friday, 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday, at the ward from 10-10:45 a.m. Burial, Midvale City Cemetery.
