William K. Martin, vice president and resident manager of the Salt Lake office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, has left the company to pursue other interests.

According to Coldwell Banker regional manager George Kallis, a replacement for Martin will be named soon.Martin worked at Coldwell Banker for more than four years. He was president and part owner of MHP Realty, which was acquired by Coldwell Banker in 1983.

Martin praised the Coldwell Banker organization along with "the greatest group of sales people in the world."

He said his immediate plans are to vacation at Lake Powell and then seek volunteer service in some organization associated with bringing new business to Utah.

"I would like to volunteer my services in some capacity for a brief period," said Martin. "I know how to sell Utah and have been doing just that since coming here 13 years ago. I am not interested in leaving (Utah) and plan to remain here in the same line of work."
