A woman receives comfort from a medic as she is rushed to an ambulance following a train crash in Boston's Back Bay Station. More than 180 passengers were injured when an Amtrak train from Washington slammed into the rear of a packed commuter train during Wednesday morning's rush hour. The commuter train from Stoughton, south of Boston, was hit from behind by Amtrak's Night Owl from Washington at 8:33 a.m., said Nancy Sterling Gleason, a spokeswoman for the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority. Injured passengers were taken to four area hospitals. No deaths were reported. A woman at the scene said one train looked like a "twisted tin can."
