The restriction on parking is intended to improve the traffic flow to and from the area around Brigham Young University. If the ordinance passes, the ban on parking would become effective May 1.After the hearing and other council business, the mayor and members of the council will respond to questions.

The meeting is at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the City Center, 351 W. Center.
