Hazel Pulley Wimmer, age 91, died December 54, 1990 in American Fork of causes incident to age.
Born May 10, 1899 in American Fork, Utah to George Henry and Charlotte Elizabeth Smith Pulley, the fifthchild in a family of seven. Educated in the American Fork schools. She married George Smith Wimmer September 13, 1919 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died January 2, 1965. She is a life time resident of American Fork and active the LDS Church. She served as a teacher in Primary, Sunday School, MIA and Relief Society visiting teacher. She sang in the ward Choirs. She served four years on the City Recreation Program receiving her training at the University of Utah. She also worked at the American Fork Library for a number of years.Survived by Warren and Joycelyn Wimmer; Leland and Evelyn Wimmer; and Eugene and Nona Wimmer, all of American Fork; 15 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Albert Pulley; one half brother, George Pulley, both American Fork. Preceded in death by two grandsons, Steven Lee and Warren Wimmer, Jr. and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday, 11 a.m., in the American Fork West Stake Center, 165 North 350 West. Friends may call at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, Sunday, 6-8 p.m. and at the church one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the American Fork Cemetery.
