Francis Hugh Wilcox, 95, died December 2, 1990, at his home.

Born September 30, 1895, in Mt. Pleasant, Utah to Hyrum and Sarinda Jane Allred Wilcox. Married Faun Peterson Oct. 2, 1923, in Salt Lake City; marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died Feb. 4, 1981. Married Mildred Ferre June 19, 1981, Salt Lake LDS Temple.Active member, LDS Church, living in Manila 1st Ward. He had served as branch president and patriarch of two stakes. He had been employed at D & RG Railroad as a cashier-paymaster. Had also worked as a master carpenter in Fallbrook, Calif.

Survived by: his wife, Pleasant Grove; two sons, one daughter, Don Wilcox, Safford, Ariz.; Mrs. Grant (Marian) Burns, LaMesa, Calif.; John E. (Jack) Wilcox, Salt Lake City; 47 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two stepdaughters, four stepsons, Max Ferre, Layton; Michael Ferre, Pleasant Grove; David Ferre, American Fork; Mrs. Steven (JoLane) Chadwick, West Jordan; Mrs. Ron (Sondra) Taylor, Highland; Grant Ferre, Cedar Hills.

Services Friday, 11 a.m., at the Manila 1st Ward, 800th West 2600 North, Pleasant Grove. Friends may call Thursday, from 6-8 p.m., at Olpin Family Mortuary, 500 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove, or Friday at the church, one hour prior to services. Interment, Monday in Oceanside, Calif.
