A storm front passed over Utah just after midnight Sunday, with gusts ranging from 32 mph in Holladay and 60 mph at Brigham Young University in Provo to 83 mph at Hidden Peak above Snowbird. The storm deposited an inch of snow in Holladay and Midvale, 3 inches in Mill Creek Canyon, 2 in Midvale, 9 at Alta and Solitude, 5 at Park City, 8 at Brighton and 8 at Snowbird. High pressure over Utah and the Great Basin will keep skies generally clear through the week, with the only chance of showers expected late Wednesday or early Thursday, said National Weather Service meteorologist William J. Alder.
