"How the Grinch Stole Christmas" in music and mime will return to the Salt Lake City Library System for six showings in December.

The live production, based on the book by Dr. Seuss, is free and will charm children of all ages.Times and locations are:

- Main Library, 209 E. 500 South, Saturday, Dec. 15, 2 p.m.

- Rose Park branch, 1185 W. 1000 North, Monday, Dec. 17, 7 p.m.

- Avenues branch, 455 F Street, Thursday, Dec. 20, 7 p.m.

- Chapman branch, 577 S. 900 West, Friday, Dec. 21, 10:30 a.m.

- Sprague branch, 2131 S. 1100 East, Saturday, Dec. 22, 11 a.m. and noon.
