It's great to help gulls grab some grub Steve Miller and son Jake, 21/2, feed seagulls at Sugarhouse Park Friday, showing there's still time for fall-type outings in early December, as opposed to strictly snowy pursuits like skiing, skating and scraping ice from auto windshields. The sunshine, calm air and lack of snow made the day seem almost balmy, although it was a little cooler than average. The National Weather Service said the high for the day was 42 degrees, while normally it reaches 45 on Dec. 1.
