A program featuring a variety of arts will benefit Another Language Performing Arts Company at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 7 and 8, at 342 Pierpoint Ave. Tickets will be $5, or $3 for senior citizens and students with valid ID.

Dancer Karen Frank-Ramos and neon sculptor Richard Santiago have organized the performance, which will feature a collaborative work using Santiago's sculpture, Ramos's choreography, Phillip Bimstein's music and Ken Jenks' poetry. Other numbers will come from the Art Bias Group and University of Utah art students, as well as musician Mark Jackman and dancers Hillary Elmore and Jennifer Salk.Another Language contributes to the growth and vitality of the arts in Utah by providing a performance space and organizing opportunities for local and national artists to present their work.
