Douglas P. Richards, one of the three original partners who formed Mansell and Associates' Commercial/Investment Division in May 1984, has been elected president of the 2,300-member Salt Lake Board of Realtors for 1991.
The election came during the group's annual inaugural ball/Christmas party in Little America. Other officers are Randal K. Eagar, president-elect; Linda Wolcott, second vice president; and Miriam McFadden, secretary-treasurer.Richards has been in real estate since 1976. He received a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the University of Utah and was a licensed certified public accountant before entering the real estate profession. He is a lifetime member of the Salt Lake Board's Million Dollar Club and was 1980 commercial salesperson of the year.
Eagar is vice president of Eagar & Co. He received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Utah.
Wolcott is a realtor with The Ramsey Group, a 13-year veteran in the real estate business and was the 1986 salesperson of the year.
McFadden is a broker for Miriam McFadden Real Estate. She has been in real estate since 1978 and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club.
