Rosetta Louise Black Greenhalgh Manwill, 75, died Friday, November 30, 1990 at home from cancer.

She was born on May 1, 1915 in Payson, a daughter of Marrion Jolly and Silvia Blen Gardner Black. She married Arthur Mooney on May 26, 1933. They were later divorced. She married Lester Greenhalgh on May 1, 1937. He died on June 17, 1971. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She married Glee Manwill in September of 1973. He died on March 19, 1977. She lived most of her life in Utah. She lived in California for several years, returning to Payson for the past 20 years. She was a cook in many restaurants in Utah and California. She enjoyed crocheting and quilting for her family and friends. She was a devoted mother. She was a member of the LDS Church.Survivors include four daughters and two sons: Mrs. James (Jackie) Bingham, Layton; Mrs. Joy Kay, Orem; Tad Greenhalgh, Norwalk, California; Alan Greenhalgh, Payson; Mrs. Glen (Delores) Roper, Payson; Mrs. LaVear (Kaye) Reynolds, Payson; four step-children; Warren Manwill, Alaska; Mrs. Stanley (Matha) Banta, St. Anthony, Idaho; Mrs. Kenneth (Mollie) Rigby, Spring Glen, Utah; Mrs. James (Laura) McBeth, Ogden; 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; three sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Oliver (Marie) Johnson, Lindon; Mrs. Reed (Bonnie) Frank, Provo; Mrs. Bert (Fern) Lucas; Harold Black; and Dale Black, all of Payson. She was preceded in death by a son; Jay Greenhalgh; and a brother: Keith Black; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 3, 1990 at 11 a.m. in the Payson 17th LDS Ward Chapel, 779 West 800 South, Payson. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. or Monday at the Ward Relief Society Room one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Payson City Cemetery.
