The Rev. Jack C. Potter, dean-elect of The Cathedral Church of St. Mark, will celebrate the Holy Eucharist at 8 and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2. The services will be the Rev. Potter's first at St. Mark's, and a reception for him and his family will follow the 10:30 a.m. service at the cathedral, 231 E. 100 South. The public is invited.

Formal rites installing him as new dean will be conducted at the cathedral on Epiphany Sunday, Jan. 6, at 4 p.m. The Rev. Potter assumes the post vacated recently when the Very Rev. William F. Maxwell retired.
