KISN radio (FM-97.1) will begin it's "Christmas Wish" holiday contest Monday, Dec. 3, 5:30-10 a.m. on the "Fisher and Todd" show.

The contest is designed to help some of Utah's needy families during the Christmas season, and listeners can mail or fax KISN their nominations of deserving families. Each winning family will receive $100 in new toys, a $100 gift certificate from Smith's and $100 in cash from KISN. - KISN spokesperson Colin Thomas reports that the station gave away 12,781 gallons of free gasoline during its Sinclair Gas giveaway that ended last month. There were 1,200 listeners from Roy to Orem who benefited from the free gasoline, and KISN also provided hundreds of lunches for those waiting for the first-come, first-serve free gasoline.
