Prosecutors in Los Angeles decided not to file sexual battery charges against Rob Pilatus of the discredited Milli Vanilli singing group. Pilatus was arrested early Tuesday at his Bel Air home and released on $10,485 bond and Wednesday authorities said there was not enough evidence to charge him. "It's not that we doubt the credibility of the woman," said Police Lt. Ron Hall after the 25-year-old accuser was interviewed. "We just don't have enough evidence." However, Pilatus still has to go to court soon to resolve two outstanding warrants issued after he failed to appear on traffic violations.
