People who would like to help needy children have a good Christmas but don't have money or toys to donate can instead donate funds to the Salt Lake Toys for Tots program from recycling aluminum.

As part of Cans for Kids, a Reynolds Aluminum Recycling trailer will be at the Cottonwood Mall every Wednesday until Dec. 19 for that purpose. Money raised from cans, foil, pie tins and even lawn furniture will go directly to Toys for Tots. The aluminum may also be taken to any of the Reynolds Aluminum Recycling Centers in the area and donated to the Toys for Tots account.Toys for Tots is a nationwide project that helps children who might not otherwise receive gifts. In Salt Lake City, the program is jointly sponsored by the U.S. Marine Corps and Rainbo Oil.
