Vera Dixie Harder, 83; died November 26, 1990 in Provo.

She was born November 1, 1907 in Bluffdale, Utah to Charles L. and Elsie Glenn Knight. Married Ike Westover, he preceded her in death. Raised in Randlett, Utah. Following her first marriage, she made her home in Riverton. After her marriage to George Harder they moved to Immokales, Flordia, where she resided for 18 years. In 1978 she moved to Orem, Utah. Member of the LDS Church, an avid baseball fan and Cribbage Player. Loved to write and kept in contact with many friends and relatives with cards and letters.Survivors: three daughters, Mildred Huston, St. George; Renee White, Provo; Jodie Gariano, San Diego, Calif.; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lillie Richards, Orem; Clifta Johnson, LaPoint, Utah. Preceded in death by a son, Ronald Westover; two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Orem 25th Ward LDS Chapel, 80 South 280 East, Orem. Friends may call at Berg Mortuary of Provo, 185 East Center, on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. or at the ward chapel on Thursday, one hour prior to services. Interment Marion Cemetery.
