Frank Veltri, age 78, died November 17, 1990 in San Francisco, California.
He was born August 23, 1912 in Sunnyside, Utah, the son of Joe and Victoria Maio Veltri. He married Albena Bonomo, April 4, 1937 in Notre Dame De Lourdes Catholic Church in Price, Utah.Member of the Catholic Church. He graduated from the schools in Carbon County. Served in the US Army World War II. He was an owner and manager of several notable restaurants, Veltri's, The Blue Fox, Tommy's Joint in San Francisco's business district.
Survived by his wife, Albena, San Francisco; daughters, Mrs. Paul (Jo Bena) Tipp, San Mateo, California; two brothers one sister, Louie Veltri, Reno, Nevada; Albert Veltri, Helper, Utah; Mrs. Josephine D'Ambrosio, Harbor City, California.
Funeral mass Saturday, November 23, 1990, 10 a.m. at the Notre Dame De Lourdes Catholic Church in Price. Vigil service Friday, 7 p.m. at Mitchell Chapel, where friends may call Friday and Saturday prior to services. Commital Price City Cemetery.
