A judge has extended until Thursday afternoon the deadline for Maria DeSillers to give up a BMW car, jewelry and other items allegedly bought with money donated for her son's liver transplants.

DeSillers, who missed an earlier deadline Tuesday, vowed to defy the judge on at least one item, the deed to a cemetery plot beside that of her son, Ronnie, a 7-year-old who died last year while awaiting his fourth transplant.
