Thanksgiving meals will be provided free to the homeless and very-low-income individuals and families at a number of sites around the valley, according to Utahns Against Hunger.

Wednesday, Nov. 21, St. Vincent De Paul Center, 427 W. 200 South, will serve from noon to 1 p.m. The Rescue Mission, 463 S. 400 West, will serve that day at 7 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 22, a meal will be served by the Viaduct Chuckwagon from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 350 W. 400 South; from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Holy Trinity Church, 279 S. 300 West; from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Nector's Restaurant, 979 S. State; and at 6 p.m. at Salvation Army, 423 W. 300 South.
