Florence Frampton Marcusen, 61, of Leland, died Wednesday, November 14, 1990 in the Mountain View Hospital in Payson.

She was born on December 19, 1928 in Spanish Fork the daughter of Dr. Frank Roy Frampton and Ella Jane Money Frampton. She married John Carl Marcusen on September 11, 1950 in the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.She was educated in San Francisco, Salt Lake, and Spanish Fork Schools. She graduated from Spanish Fork High School. While in high school she served as Miss Spanish Fork, and Miss Utah County. She attended Brigham Young University. She was a member of the M.S. Society. She was a member of the LDS Church, and served as organist.

Survivors include her husband of Leland; Her mother, Ella M. Frampton, Spanish Fork; one son and three daughters, Dr. David Carl Marcusen, San Francisco, California; Mrs. Michael (Patricia) Wintch, Salt Lake; Mrs. Craig (Charlyn) Leymaster, Boise; Captain Sheila Marcusen, serving in the U.S. Air Force in Tokyo, Japan; four grandchildren; and two brothers, Dr. Frank Frampton, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; Dr. Robert A. Frampton; Salem.

Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Leland LDS Ward Chapel, 360 North 650 West, Spanish Fork. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 187 South Main, Spanish Fork, on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. or Monday at the Ward Relief Society Room one hour prior to the services.
