Florence Evelyn McNamara Crosby, 90, of Salt Lake City and Orem, died November 14, 1990, Utah Valley Hospital.

Born September 21, 1900 in Murray, Utah, the fifth daughter of Lorenzo and Sarah Elizabeth Williams. Married Delbert H. McNamara, September 21, 1921, in Murray, Utah; marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Her husband preceded her in death in 1955. Married Edward Crosby, who also preceded her in death in 1981. Educated in the Murray City schools and lived in Murray until 1925, at which time she and her first husband moved to Salt Lake City. From 1988 until the time of her death, she resided in Orem, Utah. Always an active member of the LDS Church, she served in Primary and Relief Society of the McKinley and Ivan wards. Active in sports, particularly skiing and bowling. She worked as a bookkeeper for Aurbach Dept Store and Utah Sand and Gravel.Survived by one son, Delbert Harold McNamara, Provo; two granddaughters, Marilyn Gurney, Orem; Susan Florence Comish, Provo; one grandson, Jay McNamara, Provo; 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services Saturday, November 17, 11 a.m., Mackay Colonial Mortuary, 2128 South State Street, where friends and relatives may call from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Saturday morning. Interment: Salt Lake City Cemetery.
