A free seminar about letting go of unrealistic expectations for the holidays will be presented Thursday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. at the Counseling Center next to Orem Community Hospital at 465 W. 400 North, Orem.

Sociologist Debbie Christensen will speak about "Enhancing the Meaning of Christmas."Christmas is such a stressful time to a lot of women. The let-down after Christmas is not the idea that bills come in. It's because Christmas has not been fulfilling," she said.

Christensen is Director of the Center for Counseling, Education and Research, which is part of Intermountain Health Care's Department of Behavioral Medicine and Women's Health Services.
