Meat-processing demonstrations from the 1917 era in Cache Valley will be presented on Saturday, Nov. 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Jensen Living Historical Farm. Meat from two hogs will be prepared for use on the farm during the coming winter.

The farm is six miles southwest of Logan on U.S. 89-91 and is operated by Utah State University. Admission is $5 per family, $2 for adults, $1 for senior citizens and 50 cents for children.
