Managing work and family responsiblities has always been a difficult task but is especially so in today's ever-changing, fast-paced society.

To help adults and teens cope with the challenge, the Davis Applied Technology Center is offering a new class, "Balancing Work and Family."The class deals with topics such as the "superparent syndrome," anger, time, child care and self-esteem. It is available to students, businesses and organizations at various times and by arrangement.
