William Frederick Bruhn, 43, died November 7, 1990 at his home in Santa Monica, California after a long illness.

He was born April 14, 1947 in Panguitch to William Guyman and Mary Lund Bruhn. Fred was a thoughtful, caring, sensative man, a brillian musician who will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. He graduated from the U of U. He studied Composition at the Boston Institute. He has been on staff in the music dept. at UCLA the last 13 years.He is survived by his mother, Ogden; two sisters, Mrs. A. Stephen (Barbara) Dirks, Ogden; Mrs. Stewart (Debara) Baxter, Salt Lake City; nine nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father.

A memorial service in Fred's honor was held at UCLA. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 1990, at 12 noon, in the Panguitch 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, 550 South 100 West, Panguitch. Friends may call at the ward chapel on Tuesday after 11 a.m. Burial, Panguitch Cemetery. Funeral directors, Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary of Richfield.
