Goldie May Soderman, 79, our loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away November 7, 1990 in a Salt Lake hospital.

She was born August 13, 1911 in Chicago, Illinois to Benjamin and Mary Magdalene Corey Greenberg. On November 14, 1933, she married Lenyel Emil Soderman in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Goldie was active in the Relief Society in the Midvale 1st Ward, both in the Presidency and as an instructor. She also taught in the MIA, teaching lessons and knitting. Her hobbies include, knitting, crocheting, ceramics and loving people. "We will miss our special mom."Survivors: husband, Lenyel, Midvale; son, Robert Soderman and his wife, Elizabeth, Midvale; grandchildren, Terry Scott, Robert Corey, Steven Mark, Willard Miles Davis, Stanley Bruce Davis, Clarence H. Davis and Arthur J. Davis; 20 great-grandchildren; brother and sisters, Roy Greenberg, Lillie Harth, Alberta Houston, Jean Kleinmark, all Chicago.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 10, 1990, 11 a.m. in the Midvale 1st LDS Ward Chapel, 465-6th Ave. (7500 South) Friends may call at the Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State Friday, 6-8 p.m. and Saturday at the church 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
