"Making and Implementing Your Estate and Financial Plans" is the subject of a free public seminar from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 15 at the University Park Hotel.

The session, offered by the University of Utah's Planned Giving Advisory Council, will feature Lynda S. Moerschbaecher, a San Francisco lawyer and specialist in planned giving and funds administration. She has also been a tax attorney for Bank of America and assistant general counsel for Yale University.Moerschbaecher will advise participants on how planning can enhance one's financial well-being, and will deal specifically with taxes, gift structuring, gift vehicles and assets.
