in Weber State's annual Purple/White Intra-Squad game.Joe was one of five players on the White squad to score in double figures. Al Hamilton, a 6-6 sophomore

forward who sat out last season, had 13 points. Aaron Bell, Weber's leading scorer last season, had 12 points and a game high 10 rebounds. David Baldwin, a 6-8 transfer from College of Eastern Utah also had 12 points and three-year veteran Anthony McGowan, added 10. The Whites hit a blistering 60 percent from the field (31-52).

For the Purples, 6-10 center Mike Pomeroy had 12 points and red-shirt freshman guard Elroy Miller had 10.

They were the only two in double figure scoring.
