Our beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Franklin LeRoy Jepperson (Roy), age 86, passed away peacefully, November 3, 1990 at his home.

Born July 22, 1904 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Hans and Alice Chapman Jepperson. Married Norma Mae Holsten, July 22, 1930 in Salt Lake City.Roy spent the majority of his life working in the grocery business. He managed stores for Piggly Wiggly Co., O.P. Skaggs stores, Grand Central food stores, and his last employment was working for Dan's foods. He loved his work, and many people were drawn to him through his caring and loving personality. After retirement he spent many hours using his artistic ability, creating display signs for Dan's.

He enjoyed gardening and yard work; his yard was always immaculate. Roy's greatest joy however, was in spending time with his family.

Survivors: wife; son, Robert LeRoy Jepperson; daughter, Marsha J. Everett; two sisters, Virginia Dillingham, (all of Salt Lake City); and Viola Davies of California; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral service Tuesday, 12:00 noon, Larkin Mortuary Chapel, 260 E. South Temple, where friends may call Monday 6-8pm and Tuesday one hour prior to the service. Interment: Larkin Sunset Lawn.
