Owners of small non-farm businesses in Carbon, Duchesne, Juab, Salt Lake, Sanpete, Tooele, Utah and Wasatch counties may apply for financial aid needed because of losses stemming from a killer spring frost and continuing drought.
Eligibility is restricted to agri-dependent businesses. But the limitation does not apply to nurseries. Applicants must demonstrate substantial economic injury and must be able to offset such losses through their own credit and personal resources.Information and loan application forms may be obtained by writing SBA, P.O.
