Michael W. Cranney, immediate past president of the National Potato Council, will speak at Brigham Young University on Thursday, Nov. 8.
"Agriculture in the 1990s" is the title of his address to be given at 2 and 4 p.m. in 710 Tanner Building. He will speak as part of the Executive Lecture Series sponsored by the Marriott School of Management.Cranney has been a steering committee member on the National Potato Council for 10 years. He served as vice president of finance for two years before becoming president in 1989. He serves now on the executive board of the council as immediate past president.
