The weather Monday morning was frightful - but so delightful - at least for ski buffs and others hoping for a snowy November. The snow, however, failed to keep parking enforcement officer Tom Bolen from making his appointed rounds at the University of Utah. Six to 9 inches of new snow had fallen by 8:30 a.m. in the Wasatch Mountains. By 10 a.m. a half inch to an inch of snow had fallen along bench areas above the 4,500-foot level. About a foot of new snow had fallen in Little Cottonwood Canyon.
