Two counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of aggravated kidnapping have been filed against Andy Lewis Andersen in 3rd Circuit Court.

The counts, all first-degree felonies, were filed in two complaints involving attacks on two different women.Anderson, 21, 5095 W. 6655 South, is accused of kidnapping and raping a woman near the Valley Fair Mall on July 5 and of raping a woman on Seventh East on July 27.

The probable cause statement filed with the complaint involving the July 5 incident says the victim was accosted in the parking lot of the Valley Fair Mall and raped at knife point. The complaint also says the man involved in the case tried to take the woman to another location, which led to the filing of an aggravated kidnapping charge.
