A man wanted for stabbing four of his young nieces and nephews to death after his sister refused to give him money to buy crack cocaine surrendered to police Monday.

Henry Curtis Jackson Jr., 26, of Eupora, Miss., walked into the West Point, Miss., Police Department about 7:45 a.m. and gave himself up. Police were releasing no other details about his condition or what caused him to surrender."He surrendered and is in custody. That's about all I can say," a West Point police dispatcher said.

Deputies and Mississippi Highway Patrol officers had pursued Jackson through the Mississippi countryside since Thursday night.
