Anna Margareta Rosen Johnson, 91, died Monday, October 29, 1990, at Roger and Marian's home in Oakland, California, where she lived the past five years.
Born July 20, 1899, Bilsbro, Vingaker, Sweden, to Johan Arvid Karlsson and Anna Eriksson Rosen. She immigrated to the U.S. through Ellis Island in 1918. Married John Waldemar Johnson in the Salt Lake Temple, December 6, 1922, he died in 1977. Active member of the LDS Church, her cheerfulness, humor and dedication made her loved and appreciated by all.Survived by one son, Richard W. and Joy Johnson, Playa Del Rey, California; four daughters, Dorothy and Albert J. Beutler, Salt Lake; Connie and Robert D. McArthur, Ogden; Margaret and Sidney H. Smith, San Martin, California; Marian and Roger W. Grey, Oakland, California; 19 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; sister, Astrid Wahlberg, Sweden.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 3, 1990, 11 a.m., Larkin Sunset Lawn Chapel, 2350 East 1300 South where friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, one hour prior to services.
