Salt Lake attorney H. Michael Keller is the new chairman of the energy, natural resources and environmental law section of the Utah Bar.

Keller practices environmental law with the Salt Lake firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy.The section regularly sponsors seminars in the area of natural resource and environmental law. More than 200 Utah attorneys belong to the section.

Other officers installed at the section's annual meeting are: Jody L. Williams, chairman-elect; David W. Tundermann, secretary; and John Davis, treasurer.

The section gave Rosemary J. Beless the Natural Resource Lawyer of the Year Award and recognized James B. Lee for distinguished service to the section.
