Thomas Lloyd Peterson, age 83, was called home to his Heavenly Father on October 28, 1990.
He was born December 11, 1906 in Loa, a son of Thomas Jerid and Margaret Ellen Taylor Peterson. He married Donna LaVerne Hanshew, November 18, 1962 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Marriage solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple, June 21, 1978. He was an active member of the LDS Church, where he was a High Priest in the Loa Ward. He was a retired heavy equipment operator. He loved to hunt. He loved music. He was very generous to his family and friends.Survivors: Wife, Loa; children, Teresa and Edwin Wilson, Spanish Fork; Charles and Lorie Peterson, West Valley City; eight grandchildren; brother and sisters, Jay, Loa; Mrs. Rod (Ruth) Williams, Casper, Wyoming; Mrs. Ellis (Fern) Johnson, Payson; Mrs. Bill (June) Phillips, Youngsville, Louisiana.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 1, 1990 at 1 p.m. in the Loa Stake Tabernacle, where friends may call for viewing 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial: Loa Cemetery under the direction of the Springer Turner Funeral Home.
