A booklet to help small businesses manage safety and health protection programs has been released by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the U.S. Labor Department.

The booklet is of particular importance to small companies that do not have on staff safety engineers and industrial hygienists.A single free copy of the handbook, OSHA #2209, can be obtained by mailing a self-addressed label to the OSHA Publications Office, Room N-3101, U.S. Department of Labor, Washington, D.C., 20210 or the nearest OSHA regional or area office.
