"Bonafortuna for Judge" banners proclaim the fund-raiser to be held Saturday, Oct. 27, at the Helenic Center, 279 S. 300 West. Beginning with a social hour at 5:30 that will feature ethnic libations, guests will be treated to a wondrous Italian dinner by Baci.

The proceeds will help fund scholarships to cover costs not covered by tuition. In addition to fine Italian cuisine, the event will also feature a silent and an oral auction, with such prizes as a Gary Moon bronze sculpture and the old wrought-iron gate from St. Mary's School. "This is the entry gate that many women entered who later attended Judge Memorial," said Kathleen Grislay, chairwoman of the benefit auction. A pasta dinner with Jazz player John Stockton, a four-day cruise on Lake Powell, a bicycle trip to the Canyonlands and a float trip on the Green River will be offered at the auction. A special item is the 16-foot Sea-Ray boat and trailer that will go under the gavel.

Activities will conclude with dancing to Condo Hostages. Tickets for the evening are $35 per person, $70 per couple. For futher information, call the Judge Memorial Development Office at 521-6218.
