Outfielder Rob Deer of Milwaukee and pitchers Joe Price of Baltimore and Jeff Robinson of the New York Yankees filed Sunday, the first day of the 15-day window. Approximately 95 players are eligible to file, with several awaiting decisions from their clubs on 1991 contract options.Players have until Nov. 4 to file with the Major League Baseball Players Association. Although they can talk to other teams after they file, they may not begin to discuss contract specifics until Nov. 5.
